We're Hiring | Recruitment Specialist (White & Blue Collar)

Location: 10th of Ramadan | Egypt

We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Specialist with solid experience in both White & Blue Collar hiring, preferably within the industrial/manufacturing sector.

Job description:

• End-to-end recruitment for white & blue-collar positions
• Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates across technical & non-technical roles
• Handling high-volume hiring for factories & industrial sites
• Building strong talent pipelines and employer branding
• Coordinating with hiring managers to understand manpower needs

Requirement:

Bacalar's of commerce or any related filed.

2+years of experiences.

Very good command of English.

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office

Industrial / Manufacturing background is highly preferred

Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, field recruitment)

Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets
