Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Dubai for a Human Resources Recruitment Executive specializing in the real estate sector. The role involves managing recruitment processes, developing HR strategies, implementing policies, and facilitating effective employee relations. The executive will work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, design job descriptions, source and interview candidates, and ensure best HR practices align with company goals. The role will also play a key part in maintaining HR operations and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Expertise in HR Management and HR Operations
• Strong skills in Employee Relations and experience managing strategic employee engagement efforts
• Knowledge and application of HR Policies and compliance standards
• Solid understanding of Human Resources principles and their implementation
• Proficiency in sourcing, interviewing, and recruiting talent, with a focus on the real estate industry
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity or experience with Dubai labor laws and employment practices is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
