Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Human Resources Recruitment Officer. The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to fulfill organizational needs. Daily tasks include developing and managing job descriptions, implementing HR policies, and fostering positive interactions with employees. The role also requires supporting the execution of recruitment strategies and maintaining strong employee relations.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
  • Experience in Job Description Development and implementing HR Policies
  • Strong skills in Employee Relations and conflict resolution
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to manage recruitment independently and remotely
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Relevant certification or degree in Human Resources or related field
