Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee personnel files (contracts, forms, and official documents).
  • Manage employee attendance, leaves, vacations, and permissions in coordination with payroll.
  • Handle hiring and termination paperwork in compliance with company policies and labor law.
  • Prepare and follow up on social insurance from 1 , 6 and 2
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Support HR audits and provide required reports and documentation.
  • Assist in implementing HR processes and improving personnel workflows.
  • Coordinate with other departments regarding employee data and HR requirements.

Requirements:

  • 25 years of experience in HR personnel or HR operations.
  • Strong knowledge of labor law and social insurance regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and HR systems.
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
