Human Resources Specialist

9E Global is a multi-disciplinary Engineering Consultancy. We are looking for an HR Specialist to join the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources Management or similar field.
• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in recruiting within engineering or consultancy environments.
• Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and project-based hiring.

Business Support

• Support the Head of HR in delivery of the HR objectives within 9E.
• Build effective relationships with employees, managers, and stakeholders across all levels.

Project Role

• Lead full-cycle recruitment from role intake to offer acceptance.
• Assisting the HR Director with recruitment strategies and resource planning.
• Proactively source talent through targeted channels, networking, and market research.
• Evaluate candidates through structured interviews and competency-based assessments.
• Advise hiring managers on talent availability, market trends, and selection decisions.
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and support reporting and compliance requirements.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and continuous improvement of hiring practices.

Company Role

• To carry out role and responsibility in accordance with company procedures and upholding company values.
• Liaison with managers at all levels and refer issues to HOHR where appropriate.
• Ensure HR and recruitment processes and systems are administered effectively.
• Contribute to the development of effective Group HR processes and relationships.
• To undertake such other duties as may from time to time be required commensurate with the level of the post.
