About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Specialist to join our dynamic HR team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be an HR generalist with hands-on experience across all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll, and government-related HR procedures. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment while supporting the company's people strategy and ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate payroll, benefits administration, and leave management.
• Handle government HR processes, including GOSI, work permits, visa processes, and Saudization requirements.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
• Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and best practices.
• Assist in HR reporting and HRIS data management.
• Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or HR Specialist in KSA, preferably with exposure to government HR processes.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools.
