Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Dubai. The Human Resources Specialist will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance, and policy implementation. The role involves developing HR strategies and fostering a positive work environment.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing employee lifecycle management, implementing HR policies, enhancing employee engagement, supporting recruitment efforts, and maintaining a positive and disciplined workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Develop and implement strategies for employee retention and satisfaction.
  • Lead the recruitment and hiring processes in coordination with department heads.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives that foster a productive and motivated work environment.
  • Draft, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with UAE labor law.
  • Ensure compliance and consistency in handling employee grievances, warnings, and disciplinary actions.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and support managers with performance management practices.
  • Maintain up-to-date HR documentation and employee records.
  • Support leadership in building a positive workplace culture aligned with the company's values.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree (MBA) in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 23 years of experience in a similar HR role in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and best HR practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proactive, approachable, and highly organized with the ability to multitask.
  • Experience with HRMS software is an advantage.
