Job Brief:
We are looking for a proactive HR Executive to support day-to-day human resources and administrative operations for a small organization based in Dubai. The ideal candidate must be an Arabic speaker, with strong proficiency in English, and possess basic knowledge of accounting and payroll support.
Opportunity to work closely with management in a small, collaborative environment while handling core HR functions end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end HR operations including employee on-boarding, documentation, and records management.
- Support recruitment activities such as screening CVs, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups.
- Maintain employee files, attendance records, and leave management.
- Assist in payroll coordination and HR-related accounting support (basic level).
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
- Coordinate with management on HR matters and employee relations.
- Support administrative tasks related to office operations as required.
- Liaise with external vendors or consultants when necessary.
Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Min 2 years of experience in an HR role
- Preference to Arabic Speaker
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and payroll support.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a small-entity environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Salary: AED 5,000 7,000 per month (based on experience)
