Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and strategic HR & Operations Specialist to oversee human resources, daily operations, and organizational development initiatives. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth business operations, building a strong company culture, and aligning people and processes with the company's growth vision.
Main Responsibilities
Human Resources (HR):
- Manage end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee benefits.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance employee performance and satisfaction.
- Handle employee relations, performance evaluations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Maintain accurate and compliant employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Lead training, development, and career progression initiatives.
Operations Management:
- Oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and productivity across departments.
- Develop and improve internal processes and workflows.
- Coordinate between teams to ensure smooth execution of business operations.
- Monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Support leadership in executing business strategies and scaling operations.
Organizational Development:
- Analyze organizational structure and recommend improvements for efficiency and growth.
- Design and implement training programs, leadership development, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Drive change management initiatives with clear communication and team alignment.
- Use HR and operational data to identify challenges and propose actionable solutions.
- Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Office & Administrative Management:
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations (facilities, supplies, vendors, etc.).
- Manage relationships with external service providers and suppliers.
- Maintain a productive and inspiring work environment aligned with company values.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in HR, operations, or administrative management.
- Experience in retail, FMCG, or stationery is preferred.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Solid understanding of operations management and process optimization.
- Experience in performance management, employee engagement, and team development.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR/ERP systems.
