Human Resources Specialist - Dubai

We are looking for an HR professional with strong experience in HR operations, employee lifecycle management, recruitment, employee relations and UAE labor regulations. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
• Support end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities for various business functions.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in accordance with company policies and UAE regulations.
• Handle employee queries and support employee relations and engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders on payroll, attendance, leave, benefits, and HR administration.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE requirements and company HR policies.
• Prepare HR reports, maintain HR databases/HRMS, and support management with relevant HR information.
• Work closely with department heads and business leaders to address day-to-day people-related requirements.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in HR operations/generalist HR, preferably within the UAE.
• Good understanding of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE processes, payroll/WPS, employee relations, and HR administration.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Experience working in manufacturing, Oil & Gas, engineering, or other industrial environments would be highly advantageous.
• Candidates currently based in Dubai/UAE with relevant local HR experience are preferred.
