Job Description

*JOB PURPOSE:

Manage all aspects of the employment process, including hiring, On-boarding and Personnel.

*RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:

Recruitment

  • Support recruitment by participating in job ad posting.
  • Screen potential CVs.
  • perform preliminary phone screen assessments.
  • Schedule candidate interviews

On-boarding

  • Handling the on-boarding process for new hires.
  • Welcoming new hires and managing the Campus tour.
  • Introducing new hires to their team members.
  • Informing the new hires with the policies.
  • Providing new hires with guidelines as needed. (Policies, Access card, Emails, and password etc.)

Career Center

  • Maintain and update alumni records and communication databases to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and accessibility of information.
  • Oversee daily alumni services operations, responding to inquiries and handling administrative tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Plan, organize, and execute alumni engagement activities, including events, reunions, and networking sessions.
  • Develop and support initiatives that strengthen alumni connections and promote ongoing engagement with the institution.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure alignment and success of alumni programs and services.

Personnel

  • Handling personnel issues
  • Gathering and filing all paperwork related to new hires, including contracts.

Attendance

  • Calculate Attendance monthly records.

*JOB Specifications:

*Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree – preferred in Human Resources Management, or similar field of study.

*Experience:

  • 2-5 Years of experience.

*Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
