*JOB PURPOSE:
Manage all aspects of the employment process, including hiring, On-boarding and Personnel.
*RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:
Recruitment
- Support recruitment by participating in job ad posting.
- Screen potential CVs.
- perform preliminary phone screen assessments.
- Schedule candidate interviews
On-boarding
- Handling the on-boarding process for new hires.
- Welcoming new hires and managing the Campus tour.
- Introducing new hires to their team members.
- Informing the new hires with the policies.
- Providing new hires with guidelines as needed. (Policies, Access card, Emails, and password etc.)
Career Center
- Maintain and update alumni records and communication databases to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and accessibility of information.
- Oversee daily alumni services operations, responding to inquiries and handling administrative tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
- Plan, organize, and execute alumni engagement activities, including events, reunions, and networking sessions.
- Develop and support initiatives that strengthen alumni connections and promote ongoing engagement with the institution.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure alignment and success of alumni programs and services.
Personnel
- Handling personnel issues
- Gathering and filing all paperwork related to new hires, including contracts.
Attendance
- Calculate Attendance monthly records.

- Bachelor's Degree – preferred in Human Resources Management, or similar field of study.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
