Job Summary
We are seeking a full-time HR Specialist to support day-to-day human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, and HR administration.
The ideal candidate will contribute to ensuring efficient HR processes, compliance with labor regulations, and a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR systems.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Implement and follow HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee relations matters and provide support to employees and management.
• Assist in performance management processes.
• Prepare HR reports (attendance, leave, and performance data).
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Coordinate training and development activities.
• Support payroll and employee benefits processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support HR operations.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience
• 2–5 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Experience in recruitment and HR operations.
• Experience working with HR systems (ERP/HRIS) is an advantage.
• Experience with government platforms is a plus.
Required Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.

Language Requirements
• English: Good working proficiency.
• Arabic: Native or fluent.
