This is a full-time, on-site role based in Medina for a Human Resources Specialist. The Human Resources Specialist will manage day-to-day HR operations, including implementation of HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Additional responsibilities include supporting personnel management, managing employee relations, assisting with the recruitment process, and facilitating training and development programs for employees.

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) operations, including recruitment and employee onboarding.
• Knowledge of HR Management practices and the ability to implement HR Policies effectively.
• Strong understanding of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English is highly desirable.
• Experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
