Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dammam for a Human Resources Specialist. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR policies, procedures, and compliance, administering employee benefits, overseeing personnel management processes, and supporting HR operations. Additional duties include collaborating with department managers to address workforce needs, assisting with recruitment, and managing employee files and records.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Human Resources best practices and HR Management skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance
  • Knowledge of employee benefits programs and personnel management practices
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Familiarity with labor laws and regulations is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Prior experience in the HR field is preferred
