About the Role

To perform day-to-day Human Resources activities related to HR operations, employee relations, onboarding, attendance and leave, employee records, and HR documentation. The role ensures that routine HR processes and employee requests are handled accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with approved policies and procedures.

Job Responsibilities

  • Execute daily HR operational activities in accordance with approved policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with established guidelines.
  • Handle routine employee inquiries, requests, and employee relations matters, coordinating with relevant parties when required.
  • Coordinate and complete the onboarding process for new employees, including required documentation, joining formalities, and coordination with relevant departments.
  • Process and maintain employee attendance and leave records, follow up on discrepancies, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain, update, and organize employee personnel files and HR archives, ensuring all required documentation is complete, properly filed, securely stored, and easily retrievable.
  • Prepare and issue standard HR letters, certificates, forms, and employment-related documents in accordance with approved templates and procedures.
  • Process routine employee transactions, including employee data changes, transfers, and other HR-related updates.
  • Prepare routine HR reports related to employee records, attendance, leave, and HR operations as required.
  • Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and proper handling of employee information and documents.
  • Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by the direct manager.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and activities, and coordinate with relevant departments to promote employee participation and a positive workplace environment.

Job Requirements

Qualification and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in Human Resources or HR Administration.
  • Basic knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Basic knowledge of employee relations, attendance, leave, and onboarding procedures.
  • Basic knowledge of Saudi Labor Law.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

  • Good command of both Arabic and English.
