Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist, based in New Cairo. The Human Resources Specialist will manage HR-related tasks such as designing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and handling personnel management. Daily responsibilities will include maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, supporting recruitment efforts, and fostering a positive workplace culture by addressing employee needs and concerns.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
  • Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in an educational or academic support environment is a plus
