Role Purpose:
To support the HR function in delivering efficient and high-quality HR services by assisting in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR operations, while gaining practical experience and contributing to a positive employee experience.
Job Accountabilities & Activates:
Support recruitment and onboarding processes
Assist in employee records management and HR documentation
Support employee engagement initiatives
Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedure
Education & Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Requirements:
Registered in Tamheer program via Taqat platform.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Eagerness to learn and develop within HR field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office..
