Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Specialist / HR Operations professional to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day HR operations, ensure compliance with local labor regulations, and contribute to efficient HR service delivery across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain and update HR systems and employee databases.
- Support payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and leave management.
- Handle employee relations matters and respond to HR inquiries.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support administrative and HR needs.
- Assist in recruitment processes, including screening and interview coordination.
- Prepare HR reports and documentation as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 24 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
