Job Summary
Manage corporate office payroll and HR operations while supporting government relations across Saudi Arabia. Ensure compliance with company policy, local labor law and Ministry of Health requirements; support recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, training, performance, employee relations and HR quality control as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accurate, timely corporate payroll processing and resolve payroll issues
- Maintain corporate HR operations: records, contracts, filing, HRIS updates and manpower budgeting
- Ensure compliance with labor law, Ministry of Health and other regulatory requirements for Saudi Arabia.
- Support government relations activities (visas, work permits, Saudization/Nitaqat, regulatory reporting) for all KSA locations
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and offboarding for corporate hires and assist branch HR as required
- Administer training, performance appraisals and employee engagement initiatives for corporate staff
- Handle corporate-level grievances and support consistent HR practices across branches
- Provide quality control and reporting on HR metrics and compliance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 7 years HR experience with demonstrated payroll & HR operations experience (8+ preferred)
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor law, MOH regulations and government processes (visas, Saudization)
- Fluent Arabic & English; proficient with HRIS and MS Office
- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with payroll systems and multi-location compliance; healthcare accreditation awareness preferred
