Job Description

Job Summary :

One of our clients are looking for HR Supervisor who oversees daily HR operations and supports the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs. This role supervises HR staff, ensures compliance with labor laws, and acts as a link between management and employees to promote a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Supervise and support HR staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of new employees.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are applied consistently and fairly.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality of HR information.
  • Assist with employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Support performance management and employee evaluation processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company standards.
  • Coordinate training and development programs.
  • Assist with payroll, benefits administration, and leave management.
  • Prepare HR reports and provide recommendations to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in human resources, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Leadership and team management.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Time management and multitasking.
