Job Summary
The HR Supervisor will be responsible for managing and overseeing all human resources functions, ensuring efficient HR operations that support organizational goals. The role involves leading recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment and selection processes to attract qualified candidates.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth employee experience.
- Supervise employee relations and handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws.
- Manage performance appraisal cycles and support managers in performance management.
- Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management processes.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure proper documentation.
- Support organizational development initiatives and workforce planning.
- Conduct regular HR reporting and provide insights to management for decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Experience covering full HR functions (generalist role).
- Previous experience in the education sector is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of HR practices, labor law, and compliance.
- Experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
- Understanding of training and development processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Very good command of English (written and spoken).
- Ability to work between Cairo and Aswan (travel required).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
