This full-time, on-site role is located in Medina and is for a Human Resources Supervisor. The HR Supervisor will manage the day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, and implementation of HR policies. The role also involves overseeing HR management functions, ensuring compliance with company standards, and fostering a productive and positive workplace environment. The HR Supervisor will work closely with various teams to drive organizational growth and employee satisfaction.

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) fundamentals and HR Management processes
• Strong expertise in Employee Relations and Performance Management
• Familiarity with developing, implementing, and maintaining HR Policies
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Medina and manage a team effectively
• Experience in the hospitality sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
