Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced HR Supervisor with strong expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition to lead HR operations and support business growth in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in manpower planning, mass hiring, Saudization, employee relations, and HR operations, with the ability to attract top talent and manage recruitment strategies effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise all recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and workforce planning.
  • Build strong recruitment pipelines through LinkedIn, job portals, recruitment agencies, and networking.
  • Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to meet business needs and Saudization targets.
  • Handle bulk hiring and recruitment campaigns across different departments.
  • Coordinate with department managers to identify hiring requirements and organizational needs.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company HR policies.
  • Supervise employee relations, attendance, leave management, and HR administration.
  • Manage HR government platforms including Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, and Mudad.
  • Prepare recruitment reports, HR analytics, and manpower updates for management.
  • Support employee performance management and organizational development initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and confidential HR documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of HR experience.
  • Strong and proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Experience in mass hiring and Saudization recruitment strategies.
  • Excellent knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR operations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve hiring targets within deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.

Preferred Qualifications

  • HR certifications are preferred.
  • Experience in multinational or fast-growing companies is an advantage.
  • Strong professional network and recruitment market knowledge within Saudi Arabia.
