Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from a fully accredited and reputable university.
Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers is mandatory.
Experience:
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 4 years as a Project Site or Supervising Engineer in HVAC building construction and maintenance.
Proven experience in project management, including planning, programming, estimating, scheduling, and quality control.
Skills & Requirements:
Strong knowledge of international engineering and construction codes and standards related to HVAC.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately.
Proficient in relevant software, including Primavera or Microsoft Project, to effectively carry out project duties.
