About the Role:
We are looking for an HVAC Service Coordinator/Deployer to join a leading organization in the HVAC industry. As an HVAC Service Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of daily service operations by aligning field teams, customer requirements, and internal processes to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
Job Description:
- Lead day-to-day coordination of HVAC service operations, including scheduling and dispatching technicians
- Serve as the central liaison between customers, field teams, supervisors, and project stakeholders
- Track and manage service jobs end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
- Oversee service documentation, job reports, invoicing inputs, and data accuracy across systems
- Coordinate parts availability, inventory levels, and logistics to ensure uninterrupted field operations
- Source and liaise with suppliers for quotations, procurement, and service requirements
- Monitor maintenance contracts (AMCs), renewals, and service schedules
- Support field teams with operational, administrative, and technical coordination requirements
- Ensure smooth service centre operations, including compliance, safety procedures, and reporting standards.
Requirements:
- Diploma or technical certification, or 6 months to 3 years of experience and or training
- Strong customer-facing and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Basic understanding of HVAC systems, energy management, or temperature controls preferred
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
