Job Description

Job Purpose

Lead the growth of Annual Maintenance Contracts and Service Sales, including Replacement and Retrofit by expanding market share, increasing revenue, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Oversee service operations related to AMC contracts, maintain high customer satisfaction, and drive the overall success and profitability of the service division.

Key Responsibilities :

Sales Growth & Market Expansion

  • Develop and lead a high‑performing service sales team to accelerate growth and elevate performance.
  • Design and execute strategic sales plans to expand market presence and achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities with existing and potential customers to grow AMC, replacement, and retrofit sales.
  • Develop marketing initiatives to promote extended service coverage and enhance customer engagement.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure long‑term customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Communicate regularly with customers to understand needs, address concerns, and provide tailored service solutions.
  • Support after‑sales activities to strengthen customer loyalty and enhance service experience.

Contracting, Negotiation & Commercial Management

  • Prepare, negotiate, and finalize tenders, proposals, and service contracts in alignment with company policies.
  • Plan and implement contract modifications to meet evolving customer requirements.
  • Manage billing processes and ensure timely collection of service payments.

Service Operations & CrossFunctional Coordination

  • Oversee service operations related to AMC contracts to ensure optimal service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to provide accurate recommendations, resolve issues, and deliver high‑quality service solutions.
  • Address customer issues or complaints promptly and professionally to maintain service excellence.
  • Strengthen the service operations team and monitor operational costs to improve efficiency.

Performance Management & Reporting

  • Analyze sales performance, cost structures, and profitability to support data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Maintain accurate client records, service documentation, and contract data.
  • Prepare regular performance reports for the Services Director, highlighting progress, risks, and opportunities.
  • Develop systems and processes to enhance data accuracy, operational efficiency, and business performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, preferably with specialization in HVAC.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in service sales, after-sales management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing B2B service portfolios.
  • Strong knowledge of service management, after‑sales processes, and HVAC systems.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and client‑relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple client relationships.
  • Willingness to relocate and travel as required.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
