Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HVAC Supervisor located in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The HVAC Supervisor will oversee and manage the daily activities of the HVAC team, ensuring the successful installation of DX and VRF Systems and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Responsibilities will include assigning tasks, monitoring project progress, troubleshooting technical issues, overseeing preventive maintenance schedules, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. The role also involves maintaining effective communication with clients to address service needs and concerns.

Qualifications

·       Strong Supervisory Skills, with the ability to lead and coordinate a team efficiently

·       Expertise in HVAC systems, including installation DX & VRF Systems.

·       Problem-solving abilities in Troubleshooting and handling technical challenges

·       Knowledge and experience in Preventive Maintenance practices to ensure system reliability

·       In-depth knowledge of safety protocols and standards in HVAC operations

·       Relevant technical certifications and/or qualifications in HVAC systems.

·       10 Years prior experience in a supervisory role within the HVAC sector in UAE.

·       Valid UAE Driving License.
