Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician responsible for operating, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining the club's HVAC systems and associated electro-mechanical equipment. The role ensures that all maintenance requests are completed in a timely, professional manner in line with departmental standards and safety regulations.
Main Duties:
- Inspect, clean, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and installations.
- Ensure correct operation and performance of all major air-handling units, including filter cleanliness, belt tension, and bearing lubrication.
- Maintain and repair heat pump systems and ancillary components.
- Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance according to the maintenance plan.
- Carry out HVAC installations and equipment upgrades as needed.
- Monitor and control chilled water chemical treatment in all relevant areas.
- Report all faults, deficiencies, or irregularities in HVAC operations to supervisors.
- Regulate heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment based on operational demand.
- Participate in the club's emergency response protocols.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and fire regulations at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness of the workplace during and after task completion.
- Ensure professional grooming and uniform standards, especially when working in guest-facing areas.
