HVAC Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to handle the installation, maintenance, and repair of all air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will ensure all systems are functioning efficiently and comply with safety and building codes from start of the work till handover.

Key Responsibilities:

·     Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including split units, central AC, and ventilation systems

·     Perform regular inspections to identify and fix potential issues in HVAC equipment

·     Replace filters, belts, copper piping, bracing & pressure test and other components as necessary

·     Maintain and monitor temperature controls and energy management systems.

·     Assist in inspections, testing & commissioning, air balancing & noise control

Qualifications:

• Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience in MEP maintenance or construction
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment
• Ability to read technical diagrams and blueprints
• Working knowledge of safety protocols and standards
• Valid driver's license is desirable

• Strong communication skills in English & Hindi; knowledge of Arabic is desirable
