Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and dependable HVAC Technician to join our maintenance team. The role involves installation, servicing, and repair of HVAC systems across our managed properties, ensuring efficient and reliable operation at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems (AC, ventilation, refrigeration)
• Diagnose faults and carry out effective troubleshooting
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance
• Attend emergency and after-hours service calls when required

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year HVAC experience
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems
• Valid driving license (mandatory)
• HVAC certification preferred
• Immediate joiners preferred
