HVAC Technician

• Role- HVAC Technician
• Type- Outsourced through TASC - 1 year extendable role
• Location - Abu Dhabi
• Salary - 4200 AED

Key Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation systems, and ductwork.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as per schedule.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for efficiency.
• Check refrigerant levels and handle refrigerants in compliance with safety standards.
• Repair or replace defective components such as compressors, motors, thermostats, and control systems.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and service manuals.
• Maintain accurate service and maintenance records.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Coordinate with other maintenance teams for smooth operations.

Requirements

• ITI / Diploma in HVAC, Mechanical, or related technical field.
• 25 years of experience as an HVAC Technician.
• Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems, ventilation, and refrigeration cycles.
• Experience in troubleshooting HVAC electrical and mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with safety standards and refrigerant handling procedures.
• Ability to work independently and respond to emergency breakdowns.
