Role Description:
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Laundry Application Expert at Reza Hygiene, Institutional and Laundry division. While primarily based in The Red Sea, the role offers flexibility and requires people to travel frequently if needed.
Your key responsibilities:
- Expert to manage and program tunnel washer processes to maximize efficiency, productivity, and quality.
- Fully expert in the application titration process within the wash cycles of tunnel washers and washer extractors.
- Fully expert in water analysis processes required for optimal laundry operations.
- Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize wash cycles to ensure compliance with established KPIs, including productivity, water and energy usage, and quality standards.
- Adapt wash programs based on laundry classification, fabric type, and specific client or regulatory requirements.
- Full understanding and hands-on expertise in the selection, dosing, and application of laundry chemicals tailored to various laundry needs.
- Develop and implement customized wash programs based on garment classification, type, and customer requirements.
- Conduct regular assessments to ensure wash programs meet operational requirements and enhance the overall wash quality, and cleanliness.
- Establish, monitor, and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to laundry processes, including but not limited to turnaround time, rewash rates, quality control, and efficiency.
- Understands and is knowledgeable about laundry equipment and can collaborate with the laundry engineering team to address any malfunctions that may affect the wash process and overall quality.
- Train laundry staff on wash programs, chemical handling, Sop, chemical application, and equipment operation.
- Conduct periodic quality checks to identify areas for improvement in wash quality, stain removal, and garment care.
- Serve as a liaison between the laundry operation and clients, addressing specific laundry needs and providing solutions that align with client requirements.
- Conduct on-site visits as necessary to assess laundry processes and offer recommendations for improvement.
- Compile and generate comprehensive, high-end reports related to KPIs and process performance that meet specific laundry requirements.
- Ability to manage, develop, and enhance customer relationships by providing tailored solutions to improve customer laundry processes, maximizing wash quality and optimizing productivity, particularly in water and energy reduction efforts.
- Capable of providing high-quality, on-site service to laundry customers while promoting the company's services and maintaining a professional image.
As an Applicant, you are expected to bring:
- National applicants are highly preferred
- Associate Diploma/College certificate or any related technical field.
- 3-5 extensive years knowledge of laundry operations or application experience
- Ability to work under pressure and a pleasant attitude
- Ability to complete training and master skills that are required by this position.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively liaise with government authorities and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing institutional & Laundry related documents and records.
- Discretion and integrity when dealing with sensitive information.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and information systems.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is essential, both written and spoken.
- Experience in a fast-based and high-volume industry is a plus. Such as: manufacturing, commercial laundry
