Job Summary

DXC Technology is seeking an experienced IAM & PAM Engineer – L3 to engineer, administer, integrate, and support enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions within a complex cybersecurity environment in the UAE.

The role requires strong hands-on expertise across identity lifecycle management, privileged account security, access governance, authentication, directory services, integrations, and advanced L3 troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Engineer, configure, administer, maintain, and optimize enterprise IAM and PAM platforms.
• Manage identity lifecycle processes including user provisioning, modification, de-provisioning, role assignment, and access reviews.
• Implement and support RBAC, least privilege, segregation of duties (SoD), MFA, SSO, and conditional access.
• Manage privileged accounts, credentials, password vaulting, rotation, session monitoring, and privileged access workflows.
• Integrate IAM/PAM solutions with Active Directory, Entra ID, applications, databases, servers, cloud platforms, network/security devices, and enterprise systems.
• Configure and troubleshoot identity federation and authentication technologies such as SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, LDAP, and Kerberos.
• Provide L3 troubleshooting for complex authentication, authorization, provisioning, privileged access, connector, and integration issues.
• Support onboarding of applications, systems, service accounts, and privileged accounts into IAM/PAM platforms.
• Monitor platform health, availability, performance, capacity, and security configurations.
• Support security investigations and remediation involving identity compromise, privileged accounts, excessive permissions, and unauthorized access.
• Work closely with SOC/MDR, cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud, application, and directory services teams.
• Maintain technical documentation covering architecture, configurations, integrations, access models, and operational procedures.

Required Experience

• 6+ years of cybersecurity/IAM experience, including strong hands-on IAM and/or PAM engineering and administration.
• Experience with technologies such as CyberArk, Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint, Saviynt, BeyondTrust, Delinea, Okta, Ping Identity, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of identity lifecycle management, RBAC, MFA, SSO, privileged access, credential management, and access governance.
• Hands-on experience integrating IAM/PAM platforms with enterprise applications, directories, infrastructure, and cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Knowledge of authentication and federation protocols including SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, LDAP, and Kerberos.
• Experience troubleshooting complex IAM/PAM integrations and access-related issues.
• Understanding of Zero Trust, least privilege, identity security, and privileged access security principles.
• Scripting/automation experience using PowerShell, Python, REST APIs, or equivalent is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Experience supporting IAM/PAM within a large enterprise, SOC/MDR, or managed security environment.
• Experience with hybrid identity across on-premises and cloud environments.
• UAE/GCC experience is advantageous.
• Certifications in CyberArk, Microsoft Identity, SailPoint, Saviynt, BeyondTrust, CISSP, Security+, or equivalent are preferred.
