Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IB Management Specialist with a strong background in the Forex / CFD brokerage industry to lead, manage, and expand our Introducing Broker (IB) network. This role is strictly open to industry professionals with proven IB resources and hands-on experience in broker-side sales or partnership management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage Introducing Brokers (IBs) within the Forex / CFD brokerage ecosystem
  • Develop and execute IB acquisition and retention strategies to drive trading volume and revenue growth
  • Maintain close relationships with active IBs, ensuring long-term collaboration and performance sustainability
  • Support IBs with onboarding, training, product knowledge, and promotional campaigns
  • Monitor IB performance, trading volume, and commission structures; identify opportunities for optimization
  • Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Compliance) to ensure smooth IB operations
  • Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to support business strategy
  • Ensure all IB-related activities comply with regulatory and internal compliance requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum 35 years of experience in the Forex / CFD brokerage industry
  • Proven experience in IB management, broker sales, or partnership development
  • Existing IB network or strong industry connections is highly preferred
  • Solid understanding of brokerage products, trading platforms, spreads, commissions, and rebate models
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently
  • Experience working with international or multi-market IBs is an advantage
  • Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus
