Job Title: IBOR Stream Lead

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
IBOR Stream Lead to support a critical investment platform implementation project in the UAE. The consultant will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of the Investment Book of Records (IBOR) stream, ensuring alignment with business, operational, and technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the IBOR stream within an investment platform implementation program
- Drive end-to-end design, configuration, and delivery of IBOR solutions
- Collaborate with front-office, middle-office, and operations stakeholders to define requirements
- Ensure accurate setup of positions, transactions, valuations, and performance calculations
- Oversee data migration, reconciliation, and validation processes
- Manage integration points between IBOR and other systems (e.g., ABOR, risk, accounting)
- Provide subject matter expertise on investment lifecycle processes (trade capture to reporting)
- Lead workshops, stakeholder discussions, and solution design sessions
- Ensure delivery is aligned with project timelines, governance, and quality standards
- Support testing phases including SIT, UAT, and production readiness
Key Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with SimCorp Dimension (mandatory)
- Proven track record delivering IBOR implementations or transformations
- Deep understanding of Investment Book of Records (IBOR) frameworks and data models
- Experience working as a Stream Lead / Functional Lead on large-scale programs
- Solid knowledge of:
- Trade lifecycle (Front-to-Back)
- Portfolio management & valuation
- Performance measurement
- Reconciliation processes
- Experience in data migration and system integration within investment platforms
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to operate in client-facing, high-pressure environments
Nice to Have
- Previous experience working in the Middle East / UAE
- Exposure to multi-asset classes (Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, etc.)
- Experience with ABOR / Accounting modules is a plus
- Fluent English (mandatory); additional languages are a plus
