Job Description :

As an ICQA Researcher you will be assigned to research in details and high quality all Inventory adjustments and transactions and will work closely with the operations team in efforts to provide data support for Improvement initiatives, root cause investigation of operational defects. The right candidate will demonstrate a good sense of ownership, ability to lead by example in all key areas of performance including safety and quality, and ability to develop a subject matter expertise on all operations processes in their assigned site.

Key job responsibilities
Development of data collection processes and data management systems
. Maintenance of data integrity (0% error rate)
. Designing of queries, compiling of data, and generation of reports in MS Access and Excel
. Charting and graphing of data for reporting purposes
. In depth research of defect trends
. Data collection and entry as needed
. Data mining and problem solving

Basic Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree
- Work flexible schedules including weekends, nights, and holidays
- Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach

Preferred Qualifications :

- 2+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
- 1+ years of data analytics or automation experience
- Experience improving and creating new processes and structure to achieve goals
