• Led growth for ICT products in Kuwait through new leads and client mining.
• Create sales opportunities and qualify leads.
• Manage sales pipeline and forecast revenue.
• Lead generation, sales closing, and account management.
• Build relationships with strategic and key customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries and manage correspondence.
• Collaborate with Presales for solution design and pricing.
• Compile tenders and develop proposals.
• Monitor competitor strategies and pricing.
• Maintain customer relationships throughout project delivery.
• Contribute with Enterprise & SME Account Managers to assist them in closing new
• PM/ITIL/CISA/CCIE/MCTIP/CCNP
• CA/CPA/DHR/DA
• Developing strategies that work to minimize financial risk.
