Enterprise Architect

JOB PURPOSE :

• The Enterprise Architect leads the technical and commercial solution strategy for strategic, multi-domain ICT opportunities.

• The role owns the overall solution architecture by integrating domain expertise into a single, differentiated, commercially optimized and delivery-ready solution that maximizes customer value and win probability while ensuring technical governance throughout the bid lifecycle.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Own the end-to-end technical strategy, solution architecture and commercial positioning for complex, multi-domain ICT pursuits.

• Lead opportunity qualification, solution shaping and customer discovery to establish the optimal technical, commercial and delivery strategy.

• Develop integrated, scalable and differentiated solution architectures that align customer business objectives with technical, commercial and operational requirements.

• Integrate domain architectures into a cohesive end-to-end solution, ensuring consistency across networking, cloud, cybersecurity, managed services, collaboration, AI, digital and platform domains.

• Establish the overall solution blueprint, governing architecture principles, technical dependencies, integration models, assumptions and design decisions across all participating domains.

• Resolve cross-domain architectural conflicts and trade-offs, balancing customer requirements, technical integrity, commercial objectives and delivery feasibility.

• Provide technical governance and solution assurance through structured architecture reviews, design validation and final technical

approval prior to proposal submission.

• Drive solution competitiveness by balancing customer outcomes, technical innovation, commercial value and delivery considerations throughout the bid lifecycle.

• Lead solution costing, effort estimation and commercial optimization in collaboration with Commercial, Finance and Delivery teams to develop commercially viable proposals.

• Identify, evaluate and govern technical, commercial and delivery risks, ensuring mitigation strategies are embedded throughout the opportunity lifecycle.

• Develop and maintain industry solution architectures, reference blueprints and best-practice frameworks to accelerate solution development, standardize design approaches and strengthen competitive positioning.

• Establish and maintain reusable solution patterns, reference architectures, design standards and governance frameworks to improve solution quality, consistency and bid efficiency.

• Serve as the principal technical advisor during executive customer engagements, solution workshops, bid defense sessions and opportunity reviews.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE :

Education:

• Required

Bachelors Degree in Information Technology,

Computer Science, Engineering or related fields

• Desired

Bachelors in Technology or Business, administration or

related discipline. Industry Certifications such as

TOGAF, Cloud, ITIL, PMP or OE certifications

Experience:

• Required

12+ years in ICT presales and enterprise solution architecture experience, including ownership of complex multi-domain bids.

Strong experience across networking, cloud, managed services, security, collaboration and digital transformation.

• Desired

Experience leading enterprise architecture, solution governance and commercial positioning for large ICT transformation programs.
