Job Description

Ecotel is seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:-

Manage small to large-scale projects, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, stakeholders, and risks.

Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Coordinate internal teams and external vendors/partners to ensure smooth project execution.

Oversee resource allocation, vendor and supplier contracts, and delivery schedules.

Monitor project progress, manage changes in scope, schedule, or costs, and maintain all project documentation.

Provide regular project status reports and ensure timely handover to relevant stakeholders.

Handle customer requests within the agreed project plan and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.

Meet with stakeholders to review progress, provide direction and feedback, and conduct post-project evaluations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, in construction or IT.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience reporting to executives.

Proven experience managing customer-facing projects or delivering technology services.

Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project or equivalent).

Knowledge of PMI standards; PMP certification is preferred.

Ability to travel to project sites, including internationally if required.
