Description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented ERP & Excel Specialist with strong knowledge of ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

Manage and update data in the ERP system accurately and efficiently.

Prepare reports, summaries, and business data using Microsoft Excel.

Maintain and organize company records and databases.

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.

Use Excel Formulas, PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, And Other Advanced Functions.

Monitor data accuracy and identify discrepancies.

Coordinate with different departments to collect and update information.

Support management with accurate reports and data analysis.

Perform other administrative and data-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Previous experience working with ERP systems.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required.

Strong knowledge of Excel formulas, PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data management.

Good attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with hands-on experience in ERP systems and advanced Excel reporting will be given preference.
