#Position_Summary:

We are looking for highly motivated **Engineers** who are passionate about technology, engineering education, simulation, and AI-powered learning.

The successful candidates will contribute to the design and development of **interactive engineering virtual labs**, transforming complex engineering concepts into engaging, practical, and immersive learning experiences.

This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy combining **engineering knowledge, creativity, simulation, instructional design, and emerging AI technologies** to build the next generation of engineering learning experiences.

#Key_Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation and Integration

* Work with SMEs to gather and analyze engineering content, ensuring technical accuracy and relevance.

* Integrate simulations, interactive elements, assessments, and multimedia components into virtual labs.

* Develop clear instructional materials, including lab theory, guides, activities, and assessment tools.

2. Design and Development:

* Create instructional strategies and design documents for virtual lab experiences across different engineering topics.

* Develop detailed storyboards, scripts, workflows, and mathematical models aligned with curriculum requirements and learning outcomes.

* Collaborate with software developers and multimedia teams to transform instructional designs into functional and interactive virtual lab modules.

* Translate real engineering systems and experiments into meaningful digital and simulated learning experiences.

3. Testing and Evaluation

* Test and evaluate virtual labs from both technical and learner perspectives.

* Recommend improvements to enhance usability, engagement, and learning outcomes.

* Ensure compatibility with different Learning Management Systems (LMS) and compliance with accessibility standards.

#Qualifications:

*Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering or a related engineering discipline.**

* Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, electronics, control, automation, and engineering systems.

* Experience or strong interest in **virtual labs, engineering simulations, interactive learning, or digital engineering education**.

* Ability to simplify complex engineering concepts and transform them into structured and engaging instructional content.

* Good hands-on experience with **AI tools**, particularly for research, content development, instructional design, technical analysis, and productivity enhancement.

* Ability to effectively leverage AI tools to **accelerate content creation, improve quality, solve problems, and support virtual lab development**.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent communication and collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with SMEs, educators, software developers, and technical teams.

* Creativity, curiosity, and willingness to explore new technologies and learning approaches.

* High attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality educational experiences.

Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Days Off: Friday & Saturday
