Manage MFA device configurations for the company's various cloud service accounts (e.g., Alibaba Cloud, AWS), ensuring the security of two-factor authentication.
Generate and distribute MFA codes as needed to enable secure access to critical systems for Operations, Technology, and other relevant teams.
Assist departments (Operations, Customer Service, Risk Control, etc.) with backend access requests, configuration, and daily maintenance.
Execute access changes, revocations, and documentation to ensure traceability and compliance in access management.
Collaborate with the team to optimize access issuance processes, improving efficiency and standardization.
Perform other access management and security control–related tasks assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirements
Detail-oriented with strong responsibility, security awareness, and confidentiality awareness.
Understanding of basic access management principles and MFA mechanisms, including common tools (e.g., mobile authenticator apps, hardware keys).
Proficient in office software, with strong communication skills and a customer service mindset.
Prior experience in access configuration or account management is a plus.
Proficiency in both Mandarin and English for professional communication, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
Willingness to work in Dubai and support both local and cross–time-zone collaboration.
