Responsibilities

§ Implement and manage SailPoint IdentityIQ / ISC solutions across enterprise environments.

§ Configure and manage user provisioning and de-provisioning workflows.

§ Implement access request, approval workflows, and role-based access control (RBAC).

§ Design and maintain identity lifecycle management processes.

§ Integrate SailPoint with enterprise applications, Active Directory, LDAP, databases, and cloud services.

§ Develop and manage connectors, rules, and workflows within SailPoint.

§ Conduct access certification campaigns and governance reviews.

§ Implement Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies and monitor access violations.

§ Support Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) integration where required.

§ Collaborate with application owners and IT teams to onboard applications into SailPoint.

§ Perform troubleshooting, system monitoring, and optimization of IAM solutions.

§ Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and implementation guides.

Ensure compliance with security frameworks and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

§ 2 –4+ years of experience in IAM, Identity Governance, or Cybersecurity roles.

§ Qualifications

Minimum qualifications

§ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or Information Technology.

Preferred qualifications

 SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Associate

Security+

Network+

Strong experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ or SailPoint ISC.

Experience in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA).

Knowledge of RBAC, ABAC, SoD, and access certification processes.

Experience integrating IAM solutions with Active Directory, LDAP, SAP, databases, and enterprise applications.

Knowledge of authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).

Knowledge with Java, BeanShell, SQL, or scripting languages used in SailPoint customization.

Understanding of cloud identity environments (Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID, AWS, GCP).

Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, Zero Trust, NCA, SAMA).
