We are seeking an experienced Data Management Specialist with strong expertise in Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC). The ideal candidate will be responsible for mastering data across platforms, ensuring data quality, and implementing governance frameworks to drive compliance and business value. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, leveraging AI/ML capabilities to enhance data processes, and continuously monitoring and optimizing system performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Master Data across diverse platforms and environments using Informatica IDMC tools.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability through IDMC Data Quality solutions.
- Define, implement, and manage Data Governance policies and frameworks to ensure compliance and integrity.
- Utilize AI and Machine Learning capabilities within IDMC to optimize data management processes.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand data requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize the performance of data management systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Data Management, Data Integration, and Data Governance.
- Proficiency in Informatica IDMC, cloud platforms (preferably Microsoft Azure), and related data management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Relevant certifications in Data Management, Informatica, or cloud technologies (preferred).
