About the Job:
This role is about building a high-performing manufacturing system from the ground up. You will be at the heart of developing and continuously improving our manufacturing operations using data, Industrial Engineering, Lean and problem-solving to optimize processes, improve productivity, eliminate waste, and establish world-class standards.
You will be part of a benchmark CKD automotive manufacturing project, with the opportunity to contribute to building a manufacturing system that can set a benchmark for future operations. This is a hands-on, shop-floor role where you will turn problems into improvement opportunities and ideas into measurable results.
Responsibilities:
- Optimize manufacturing processes across the factory
- Conduct time studies, SMV development, line balancing, Yamazumi, capacity & manpower planning.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 7S, Standard Work & Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Analyze manufacturing KPIs, identify losses, and develop improvement actions.
- Support production readiness, ramp-up, material flow, layout optimization, and MES readiness.
- Lead data-driven productivity and cost reduction projects.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, and other functions to improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost & People performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in Industrial Engineering (IE), Manufacturing Engineering, Lean, or OPEX; automotive experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of time studies, line balancing, Lean tools, and data analysis.
- Excellent Excel and analytical skills.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience with Power BI is a plus.
