IFS Solution Architect

Role Description

Specialization in at least three or more IFS functional areas of Finance (IFS Financials), Supply Chain Management (SCM), Manufacturing, Maintenance (EAM), Human Capital Management (HCM).

Creation of Business Intelligence dash boards

IFS Reports, Quick Reports, Business Reporter, or integration with BI tools (Power BI)

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in workflows.

Work closely with functional and business users to translate business needs into functional solutions. Understanding business workflows and aligning them to IFS functionality

Map the board room to shop floor approach and processes.

Conducting FIT GAP analysis with business users to develop options for process efficiencies.Translating business needs into system design.

Creating end-to-end process architecture diagrams and system landscapes

Risk Assessment & Mitigation Planning

In-depth knowledge of the latest advancements of all IFS applications

Travel to all offices in GCC

Qualifications

-Core ERP Functional Knowledge

-Business Process Mapping

-Requirement Gathering & Fit-Gap Analysis

-Knowledge of IFS CRIMs, Page Designer and Lobby

-Integrations between IFS Cloud and third-party applications.

-Knowledge of IFS API integrations.

-Knowledge of IoT, RFID, and machine integration with ERP systems.

-Good understanding of the Industry 4.0 transformation and Smart Manufacturing

-Maintain IFS certification status

-Good Communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills. The ability to work with people at all levels of an organization.
