Job Description
ROLE OVERVIEW An experienced IGA delivery leader who owns end-to-end SailPoint engagements across global clients, stepping into either a people lead or technical delivery lead capacity depending on project demands. This role sits at the intersection of deep SailPoint technical expertise and consulting acumen - expected to drive project outcomes, guide client conversations at an architecture level, and develop the L9 engineers on the team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead full-lifecycle SailPoint IIQ and/or ISC implementations, from requirements through go-live and hypercare. Own solution architecture decisions including connector strategy, role model design, joiner-mover-leaver automation, and access certification frameworks. Drive integrations with authoritative sources such as SuccessFactors, Workday, Active Directory, Entra ID, and ServiceNow. Lead or support IIQ-to-ISC migration engagements, including data migration, workflow re-platforming, and cutover planning. Act as primary technical point of contact for senior client stakeholders; translate IAM requirements into delivery roadmaps and architecture recommendations. Manage and mentor L9 SailPoint engineers; conduct code/design reviews and support career development. Contribute to pre-sales scoping, effort estimation, and solution proposals. Map IGA capabilities to relevant compliance frameworks (NCA ECC, SAMA CSF, GDPR, ISO 27001) as required per engagement. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 7-10 years of IAM experience, with a minimum of 5 years in SailPoint IIQ or ISC hands-on delivery. Proven track record leading IGA implementations in a consulting or professional services environment. Deep expertise in BeanShell/Java rule development, workflow customization, and connector configuration. Experience with RBAC/ABAC design, SOD policy definition, and access review program design. Strong client-facing communication skills; ability to present to both technical and executive audiences. Prior experience managing or mentoring junior engineers in a project context. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS SailPoint IdentityNow (ISC) certification or SailPoint Certified Engineer. Experience with IIQ-to-ISC migration projects. Familiarity with GCC/KSA regulatory frameworks (NCA, SAMA) for client engagements in those markets.
