Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Mathematics Teacher position based in Al Khor and Al Thakhira, Qatar. The Mathematics Teacher will be responsible for designing lesson plans, delivering engaging and interactive classroom instruction, and preparing students for IGCSE, AS & A Level exams. Additional responsibilities include developing curriculum materials, providing regular assessments, mentoring students to achieve their academic goals, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure a consistently high-quality education experience. The teacher will also encourage student participation and foster a passion for mathematics in a supportive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Mathematics and demonstrated expertise in Mathematics Education
• Experience in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development
• Qualified Teacher status with credentials relevant to IGCSE, AS & A Level instruction
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• Ability to inspire and support students to excel in competitive exams
• Previous experience with Cambridge or Edexcel Curricula is highly preferred
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics or a related field; teaching certifications are an advantage
