Role Description

This full-time on-site role as an Immigration and Citizenship Consultant is located in Dubai and requires knowledge on how to provide clients with the best citizenship and residency solutions. The successful consultant will be responsible for reviewing citizenship/ Immigration applications, preparing clients for citizenship tests and interviews, guiding clients through the process, and completing administrative tasks as required. The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to handle complex requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Immigration and Citizenship Consultant
• Extensive knowledge of citizenship and residency solutions for various countries and the application process
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients from diverse backgrounds and handle complex situations
• Familiarity with the latest immigration laws, policies, procedures, and regulations
• Ability to conduct detailed research, collect and analyze data for citizenship and residency solutions
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in English and additional languages for communicating with clients would be an advantage
