Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Immigration Consultant role based in Sharjah. The Immigration Consultant will advise clients on suitable immigration pathways, including study, work, permanent residency, and family-sponsored visas, and explain eligibility, documentation, and process requirements. The role involves assessing client profiles, preparing and reviewing application forms, compiling supporting documents, and ensuring compliance with current immigration laws and policies. The consultant will communicate regularly with clients, respond to inquiries, provide status updates, and manage expectations throughout the application cycle. Daily tasks also include maintaining accurate records, coordinating with internal teams or external partners when needed, and contributing to process improvements and client service standards.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of immigration programs and global immigration processes, with the ability to interpret and apply relevant regulations.
• Experience handling client profile assessment and consultation across multiple destination countries.
• Minimum 1 year experience as immigration consultant in the same field is must.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Customer-focused mindset, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to work effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency with office productivity tools and case management or CRM systems.
